I have a 3 week old baby girl and, every time I give her a bath, she screams bloody murder!
I always make sure the water temp is not too hot or too cold.
I have tried giving her a bath while she is on a towel and keeping her as covered as possible
and
I have tried a baby bathtub.
I talk to her and sometimes play soothing music- but nothing…
Right now bath time is dreadful for us both! What can I do to make her enjoy it more?
Now that Sam is sitting up a lot better on her own we decided to let the kids take their first bath together. Quinn was not too happy about having to share his bath toys, but he ended up having a blast splashing her and watching her smile at him. May 19, 2009
Every time i take his diaper off to change it, my 6 month old always grabs at his private parts!!! in the bath tub, that is all he is interested in, he wont play with his bath toys anymore …… only his wee wee. anyone else have this problem and what to do about it?!?!

I let my husband handle the registry scanning gun when we were registering for our first child. He was very involved during the pregnancy and was looking forward to it as he likes gadgets and electronics. Keeping that in mind, he ever so innocently scanned an XBOX when I stepped away for a pee break.
I asked about it when I reviewed the printout (more like "are you kidding me?") but he said to leave it on there, if anything people will get a good chuckle. I did because heck, Dads need pampering too and they don’t always want a prenatal massage or bath salts. LOL
Well, guess what we got at the baby shower? An XBOX. We laughed and so did my uncles, who had all pitched in to buy the console and a sizeable library of games and extras.
