As long as it’s not a hot bath, and for when you’re further along, as long as your water hasn’t broken. You just need to be aware that your baby is about 2 degrees hotter than you are. So if your temp. is 98, then your baby’s is 100. If you soak in a hot bath and your temp goes up to 100, then your baby’s is 102. Listen to your body, if it’s too hot your body will tell you it is and you should get out. If you don’t have a bathtub that keeps the water heated, then by the time you draw a bath and get in it’s already cooling so soaking in it for awhile won’t really make you & baby too hot bc it’s constantly cooling. Enjoy your baths! They will feel really good when you get further along!
As long as it is not a hot bath, you’re grand : )
Not at all. While you don’t want to soak in a hot-tub, a warm (or even hot) normal bath is perfectly harmless, and if it relaxes you, can only be good for you AND baby.
if it is not to hot you should be fine
if you are still worried about doing this see you’re doctor
No it’s not bad. I took HOT baths the whole time I was pregnant, and my little boy and girl are both 100% fine. My little girl is now six years old,no deformities or any of that crap they say will happen, and my son is 14 weeks old,and he’s got nothing wrong w/him either. Make sure the temp of the water isn’t hot enough to scald you obviously, but mine was around 104 degrees farenheit when I took baths, and my babies are fine. They say if you keep it lower than that,it’s fine anyways, but yea mine were a bit warmer than most.
No this is not bad at all AS LONG AS you watch the temp; it is harmful for a expecting mothers body temp to be over about 100-101 degrees. AND be careful getting in and out..(No slipping). Otherwise bathe away; Its very relaxing. *and once your water breaks which you are FAR from obviously no batheing*
Congrats & Good Luck

The reason your told to avoid baths or spas is because the warm water raises your blood pressure and it can be dangerous for bubs.
If the water is warm and not hot and you don’t feel sweaty or feel like your overheating then it should be fine, just limit the time you spend in there and if you start to feel hot get out.
no not at all! enjoy it while you can still get in and out, i have to have a bath with the door open just in case. the only reason why people say having a bath is ‘bad’ is because if you have the water too hot it can increase your blood pressure which can obviously be dangerous but theres no harm in having a nice warm one! enjoy x
