Anyone notice a difference in bedtime bath products compared to regular Johnson's baby wash?

I have been seeing more and more out and about the ‘bedtime’ bath products like the Lavender baby wash that is supposed to soothe them so they get to sleep better or whatever it claims to do lol has anyone noticed a difference? We are out of baby wash and shampoo and I am curious if I should try it or if it’s just a gimmick.. what have you used and did it help?
Thanks!

YES! Big difference! I used to use the lavandar bath wash and lotion right before his bedtime. Combined with the warm water, it almost seemed like a drug…making him very drowsy.
Lavendar scent is known to relax people. Vanilla scent makes you drowsy. There is science behind that, so it’s not a gimmick. That’s why aroma therapy exists…makes a difference for us adults, definitely does the same for children.
I didn’t notice any difference in my kids – but other mothers have raved about how great they are. My own mother used to put fresh lavender from the garden in my bath when I was a kid to get me to fall asleep. She claims that works although I don’t remember if it actually does. It’s worth a try – it might work for your little ones.
I bought the lavender for about 6 months or so. I found it worked well when my son was a newborn. It seemed to help soothe him and prepare him for bed. Since he’s been of an age to play in the bath it doesn’t matter which wash I use, as long as it gets him clean. Now that he can play, the bath doesn’t soothe him for bed, it gives him a chance to wear off some extra energy lol.
I used the Johnson’s Bed Time Bath in the purple container & it worked great for my son. When I give him a bath in the regular wash I always have to feed him but when I wash him in the bedtime wash he falls asleep 30 minutes after his bath or his own
I had the Johnson’s with lavender and I couldn’t tell it was any different than the regular Johnson’s baby wash.
