I am giving my newborn her first bath and not sure what temp the water is meant to be. I have a phillips thermometer and the room temp is meant to be between 17 and 21. So is that the same for bath water or warmer?

My boys are 8 months old and have ALWAYS hated getting a bath. Before, they would scrunch of their face, but tolerate it. The past couple weeks however, they scream at the top of their lungs during the whole bath. We’ve tried changing locations, changing the water temperature, having toys, bath with mom and dad, bath with each other, etc…. but nothing seems to help! Why do my boys hate bath time so much, and what else can we do?!
Yesterday (10-30) Abby developed 103 degree fever! After a phone call to the doctor, I was told to give her Tylenol and put her in a warm bath! This is what happened, enjoy!
